Picture Perfect Make-up and Hair is an on location make-up/hair service for weddings and other special events. Picture Perfect was created by me, Amy Sparks a professional make-up artist. I have been working in the TV/Film, Print and commercial sectors for the last 12 years.
To meet the needs of brides and their bridal parties, I have teamed up with several other talented and professional make-up and hair artists. We love what we do and look forward to making you look and feel flawless.
